Are you a Junior Engineer with experience reading drawings looking to work for a stable, well-established business which will offer you full training on machining, flexible hours, a 4 day week, and work-life balance?

On offer is the opportunity to create a prosperous career within a growing company. They work testing exotic materials for the Defence and Aerospace industries, conducting destructive and non-destructive testing.

Your role will involve using bandsaws, CNC machines, and grit blasters to prepare specimens for testing. You will also be involved in maintenance of the machinery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent college leaver to kickstart their career in engineering.

The Role

  • Preparation of materials for testing using bandsaws, CNC machines, and grit blasters.
  • General maintenance of the machinery (training provided).
  • Monday-Friday days-based role.
  • Work any hours, full or part-time, including the option for a 4 day week.

    The Person
  • Experience reading engineering drawings.
  • Maths GCSE.
