Job Description
We are currently recruiting for experienced GRP Finishers / GRP Repairers to join a dynamic production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals from industries such as automotive, aerospace, marine or composite manufacturing to apply their skills in a new and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality cosmetic and structural repairs on GRP components
  • Assess damage or defects and determine the most effective repair techniques
  • Use hand and power tools for grinding, sanding, cutting, and polishing
  • Work with a variety of resins, hardeners, and composite materials
  • Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and project deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery
    Skills & Experience Required
  • Must be able to demonstrate current or recent experience in GRP repair or a similar role (e.g., car body finishing, composite panel repair) to a high standard. WIll be assessed via a trades test during interview process
  • Strong understanding of GRP materials, tools, and repair techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Desirable: Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in composite repair or a related field
  • A proactive team player with a flexible and positive attitude
