Rapid Personnel is currently recruiting for experienced Composite Laminators and Trimmers for a specialist supplier of high-quality carbon units throughout the Automotive, F1 and Motorsport sectors.

Candidates should have prior experience of Pre-Preg laminating, trimming and/or bonding processes working within the above sectors on such components as Composite Bodywork, Chassis, Fenders, Wings and Inserts.

Successful candidates will be working on exciting projects across High Spec Automotive Manufacturers, F1, Rally, LMP and other performance brands.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience within Motorsport Composites

  • Provide own tools and PPE and Air fed masks (Gloves and Consumables like blades, drill bits etc. will be provided)

  • Available for up to 6 months (potentially longer), for the current depth of projects.

  • Basic Hours are 42.5hrs per week (Overtime available)
