We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of our department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our team as we continue to grow and deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of commercial operations, particularly focusing on windows and door installations, curtain walling, and structural glazing.

  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Collaborate closely with Surveyors and Sales personnel to oversee domestic projects on-site and manage office-based work.

  • Utilize your knowledge of Aluminium, u.P.V.C, and composite products to guide project execution and decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with general building practices and health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in commercial management within the construction or building industries.

  • Strong background in window and door installations, curtain walling, and structural glazing.

  • Sound knowledge of Aluminium, u.P.V.C, and composite materials.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

  • Previous experience in health and safety roles or relevant qualifications is a bonus.

  • Excellent communication and man management skills.

  • Self-motivated and commercially aware
