We are a leading national bus company seeking an experienced Coachbuilder to join our team in Perth. If you are highly skilled in repairing buses and have a passion for restoring vehicles to their optimal condition, we want to hear from you. With a competitive salary of £46,000 to £50,000 per year, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a rewarding role with a well-established transport provider.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out repairs and restoration of buses following accidents or damage.
Assess and evaluate the damage to vehicles, creating detailed reports on required work.
Use your expert skills to carry out structural and bodywork repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Work with a range of materials, including steel, aluminium, and composite materials, to rebuild and repair bus bodies.
Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and comply with industry regulations.
Collaborate closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and part usage.
Ensure work is completed in a timely manner, with a strong focus on quality and safety.Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Coachbuilder, with specific experience in repairing buses or similar vehicles.
Strong knowledge of bus bodywork, including structural and cosmetic repairs.
Skilled in welding, fabrication, and using a variety of materials for repairs.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards.
Ability to assess vehicle damage and implement effective repair solutions.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driving license (preferably Class 2 or above) is desirable.What We Offer:
