This role is best suited to someone who thrives on the challenge of winning new business – we need a proactive salesperson who brings energy and determination to every deal.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the entire sales process – from identifying and pursuing new opportunities to closing high value deals – with a focus on hitting ambitious annual targets (£1,000,000 to £2,000,000 in sales).
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Visit customer labs to deliver tailored product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations.
Travel internationally to Europe, North America, and beyond (up to one week per month) to meet clients, attend trade shows, and grow the company’s global presence.
Leverage technical aptitude to understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

A driven, high-energy approach to sales, someone who actively seeks out new opportunities and thrives on winning deals

Experience:
Proven experience in technical sales is essential. Experience selling adjacent technical products, such as laboratory or medical equipment, or chemicals, is highly desirable.

Technical Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant physical science (e.g., Chemistry, Materials Science) is strongly preferred.
Technical aptitude to understand our products and customer needs is important; in-depth technical knowledge will be supported by our team.

Skills & Attributes:
A proactive, opportunity-hunting mindset – someone who enjoys identifying prospects, initiating conversations and driving deals forward with energy and focus
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage frequent travel.
