Up to £40,000, Monday - Friday, 30 days holiday - Permanent Nights

As part of this thriving environment, you'll play a vital role in keeping production running at peak performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and ensuring top-tier product standards.

Injection Moulding Setter - Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise production efficiency through technical support and effective troubleshooting.
  • Carry out quick, efficient tool changes and machine set-ups to minimise downtime.
  • Execute machine start-ups using setting sheets and stored data, ensuring optimal cycle times and quality.
  • Report and help resolve moulding or tooling issues with management.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and ancillary equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.

    To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience as a Plastic Injection Moulding Setter or Technician.
  • Possess a strong understanding of moulding machinery and polymers.
  • Be highly knowledgeable about moulding issues and how to resolve them.
  • Be capable of performing tool changes and condition setting.
  • Have experience conducting quality inspections.
  • Take a flexible, hands-on approach, with a willingness to help where needed.
