We are currently seeking experienced F1 Laminators to join a high-performance team on a long-term contract.
We have positions on wek day nights and weekend days Saturday to Monday.
This role is ideal for skilled laminators with a background in Formula 1, motorsport, or high-end composite manufacturing. You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre components to tight tolerances
  • Work from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
  • Trim, bag, and prepare parts for autoclave curing
  • Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exacting standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with engineers and team leads to meet production targets
    Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a laminator in F1, motorsport, or aerospace
  • Strong understanding of composite materials and lay-up techniques
  • Ability to work night shifts and weekend days consistently
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
