We are looking for highly skilled Composite Inspectors to join a leading motorsport team on a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect composite components for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity

  • Use a variety of inspection tools including Verniers, micrometers, and laser measurement systems

  • Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records

  • Identify and report non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis

  • Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with quality standards

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in composite inspection within F1, motorsport, or aerospace

  • Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes

  • Ability to work night shifts and weekend days

  • Proficient in using precision measuring equipment

  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

  • Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100 or ISO 9001 is a plus
