We are seeking a Marine Contract Account Manager to support the continued growth of our contract business. This is a key delivery role focused on managing contractors, supporting clients, and resourcing high-calibre talent across shipbuilding and repair projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account manage existing client relationships across luxury, commercial, and defence marine sectors

  • Manage and support contractors throughout the entire lifecycle – onboarding, mobilisation, placement, and aftercare

  • Source, engage, and submit high-quality candidates for contract roles across UK and international marine projects

  • Maintain and grow candidate pools within joinery, engineering, outfitting, pipefitting, composites, and related marine trades

  • Ensure full contractor compliance using our digital mobilisation platform (Sincere)

  • Work with the business development team to support new and expanding client accounts

  • Track, manage, and report on contractor activity and performance metrics

    Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in contract recruitment, contractor management or a marine operations/resourcing environment

  • Ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously and under pressure

  • A strong understanding of the contractor lifecycle and compliance processes

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

  • Knowledge of the marine, superyacht, or shipbuilding industries preferred

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM/ATS tools (experience with Vincere or Sincere advantageous)

    Key Deliverables:

  • Maintain consistent contractor fulfilment rates above 90%

  • Grow contractor base across marine disciplines in target sectors by 25% in 12 months

  • Achieve agreed gross profit targets through successful contractor placements

  • Provide accurate, timely reporting to the leadership team

    Performance Measures:

  • Weekly contractor interviews booked

  • Contractor satisfaction scores (feedback and surveys)

  • Client service ratings and repeat business metrics

  • Margin performance per contractor

  • Compliance and mobilisation timeframes

    Incentives & Development:

  • Uncapped commission scheme (earnings directly linked to contractor gross profit)
