PhD in Chemistry or related field, plus 3+ years of industrial R&D experience.
Expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and chemical innovation.
Hands-on experience with advanced analytical techniques.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for sustainability.Desirable Extras

Knowledge of composite materials and life cycle assessment.
