Are you a detail-driven Quality Engineer with a passion for precision and continuous improvement? We're working with a leading manufacturer in the advanced composites sector, known for delivering high-performance solutions to industries including aerospace, motorsport, and defence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking engineering business that prides itself on innovation, quality, and craftsmanship. As a key member of the Quality team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring products meet the highest standards from concept through to final inspection.

The Role

As a Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality systems (AS9100, ISO9001)
Conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective/preventive actions
Leading internal audits and supporting external audits
Working closely with production, engineering, and customer teams to resolve quality issues
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing or engineering environment (composites experience is a bonus)
Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with aerospace or automotive quality standards is advantageous
