Are you looking for a new role as a Process Team Leader? Do you have experience leading a team or shift in a manufacturing, processing or regulated environment? If so, this could be the right role for you!

We are partnered with a globally leading cosmetics manufacturer who are looking for a Process Team Leader to join their compounding department.

The successful candidate will lead shift performance across compounding and pre-weigh, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery to plan and on time. You will also drive execution against schedule and KPIs, develop team capability, and champion continuous improvement.

This role is offered on a permanent basis, working on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and lead shift delivery, review weekly schedules, allocate labour/equipment, track attainment and escalate constraints/risks to protect weekly/monthly KPIs.
* Provide visible leadership by running meetings/shift briefs, ensuring clear communication, and delivering effective shift handovers.
* Maintain real-time schedule status and coordinate activities with key stakeholders.
* Oversee manufacture and testing of bulk using approved/validated processes and procedures.
* Ensuring compliance with Manufacturing, Cleaning, Sanitisation, QA, GMP, Safety and Environmental requirements.
* Manage the pre-weigh raw material process to ensure materials are handled, picked, grouped and transferred to processing on time.
* Troubleshoot issues and lead/participate in root cause investigations for quality events or procedure non-conformance, including deviations and CAPA in Veeva.
* Drive Right First Time and BPO documentation, investigate and report yield losses and non-conformances.
* Maintain and improve GMP standards.
* Ensure equipment is safe, available and maintained by coordinating breakdown response with Engineering and support selection/installation/commissioning of new plant and equipment.
* Conduct process audits and support compliance/regulatory audits.
* Review consumables stock and escalate shortages/risks to prevent disruption.
* Support validation and calibration activities in line with MIL and the calibration schedule.
* Lead or support compounding & pre-weigh projects and continuous improvement to improve KPIs.
* Manage and develop direct reports and coach/support the Deputy PTL to run the area effectively.
* Promote a proactive safety culture.

Experience:
* Proven experience leading a shift/team in a manufacturing, processing or regulated environment (GMP experience preferred).
* Strong working knowledge of safety, quality and compliance expectations, with confidence supporting audits and investigations (CAPA/deviations).
* Ability to plan resources and deliver to schedule, balancing competing priorities.
* Clear communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across functions.
* Hands-on problem-solving and root cause investigation capability.
* A coaching mindset, with the ability to develop others.
