The role:
As an OD Delivery Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
Partnering with business leaders and People teams to shape organisation and workforce transformation initiatives.
Supporting workforce planning and talent strategies that align with long-term business priorities.
Assessing organisational capability needs and developing plans to address skill and capacity gaps.
Identifying people-related risks, dependencies and impacts across transformation programmes.
Enabling workforce transition activities, including role clarity, reskilling and redeployment planning.
Driving continuous improvement in organisation development delivery and transformation governance.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Degree in Organisation Development, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience delivering organisation development initiatives within large transformation programmes.
Knowledge of strategic workforce planning, organisational design and capability assessment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across complex environments.
Ability to identify, assess and manage people risks and organisational interdependencies.
Confidence working in global, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders.
Strong judgement, emotional intelligence and the ability to simplify complex challenges.
