Your Mission
As Manufacturing Planning Manager, you’ll lead a skilled planning team and oversee all aspects of production scheduling and resource optimisation across multiple, complex projects. Your leadership will directly impact project success, efficiency, and delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and develop the planning function within advanced composite manufacturing
  
• 
  Design and optimise production schedules across multi-line, multi-component operations
  
• 
  Drive seamless integration between planning, production, and ERP systems (AX/SAP/Primavera)
  
• 
  Proactively manage risks to keep projects on time and within budget
  
• 
  Collaborate with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and production teams
  
• 
  Deliver insight-driven reporting on capacity, utilisation, and performance KPIs
  

What You’ll Bring

• 
  7+ years’ experience in complex composite manufacturing (automotive, wind turbine, aerospace, defence, or similar sectors)
  
• 
  Proven leadership of planning across multiple product lines/projects
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and manufacturing workflows
  
• 
  ERP & scheduling expertise (AX, SAP, MS Project, Primavera P6)
  
• 
  Excellent communication and cross-cultural leadership skills
  
• 
  Degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
