We have opportunities for experienced laminators to join our company at our Wellingborough site. We work to the highest standards and our Laminating team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.

This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.

In this role we require individuals who can:
  • Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products
  • Checking information on drawings is clear
  • Checking route card instructions are correct
  • Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
  • Keep all equipment maintained
  • Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy
  • Attention to detail.
  • Motorsport/Automotive experience.
  • Familiar with pre preg autoclave processes.
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings.
