Business Development Executive | Leamington Spa, Warwickshire | Full Time | £32,000–£35,000 per year (DOE)

Tecman is a rapidly growing manufacturing SME, providing end-to-end support to its customers—from engineering and technical expertise to high-volume manufacturing. Serving the Wind Energy and Automotive sectors, with a strong focus on the evolving EV market, Tecman works directly with OEMs as a trusted advisor, helping customers stay ahead in their field.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads, building lasting relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth across the UK and international markets.

Are you the right person for the job?

A successful track record in a business development role
Experience in manufacturing, adhesives, automotive, or materials science (desirable)
Excellent written and spoken English
Resilience and persistence to overcome challenges
An agile, positive mindset and a willingness to learn
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to think creatively and spot opportunities
What will your role look like?

Conducting targeted outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate new business leads
Researching and identifying potential customers in automotive, medical, and industrial sectors
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and setting up discovery calls for Business Development Managers
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM
Assisting with email campaigns, webinars, and events
