Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Supervisor looking to join a highly respected HVAC specialist with an outstanding reputation spanning more than 50 years?
My client is a long-established HVAC design, installation and maintenance specialist, delivering technically challenging commercial projects throughout London. Working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial offices, healthcare, education, industrial and high-end commercial environments, they deliver HVAC projects valued at up to £2 million.
The Package
- £55,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary

The Role
You'll be responsible for supervising multiple installation projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to the exceptionally high standards the company has built its reputation upon.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll provide technical guidance, organise labour and materials, liaise with project managers and clients, and ensure installations are completed efficiently whilst maintaining excellent workmanship.
You'll be working on a wide variety of commercial air conditioning systems including:
- VRV & VRF Systems
- Split & Multi-Split Systems
- DX Systems
- Heat Pump Installations
- Commercial Ventilation Systems
- Associated Pipework & Controls
- Large Commercial HVAC Installations
Responsibilities
- Supervising Air Conditioning Installation Engineers across multiple London projects.
- Organising daily site activities and allocating work.
- Ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
- Liaising with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients.
- Carrying out quality inspections and maintaining high installation standards.
- Managing health & safety on site.
- Assisting with commissioning and project handovers.
- Providing technical support and mentoring installation engineers.
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout projects.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Installation Supervisor.
- Strong background installing commercial air conditioning systems.
- Current F-Gas Certification.
- Excellent knowledge of VRV, VRF, Splits, Multi-Splits and commercial HVAC installations.
- Ability to lead and motivate installation teams.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
