Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, 37.5 hours a week

Office Based in Sidcup

Our client, based in stunning offices in Sidcup is looking for an administrator to join their team. They are looking for someone with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail. The purpose of this role is to support the overall team with admin support to ensure the smooth running of scheduled works.

Key Duties -

• Responding to email queries from clients and engineers.
• Raising jobs on the system.
• Typing up reports following works carried out
• Preparing quotes using information provided by engineer.
• Chasing engineers/suppliers for information in relation to works carried out.
• Ordering materials for works.
• Raising PO’s.
• Answering incoming phone calls from clients and answering queries.
• Chasing clients for approvals on quotes.

Key Skills & Experience Needed –

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years of administration experience.
• Good Microsoft skills including excel.
