£40,000-£47,000 + Days Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00) + Performance Bonus (Up to 15%) + Company Pension (up to 10%) + Holiday + Office Based Hours + Company Benefits

The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to oversee an entire production facility and ensure the production teams are achieving targets, meeting company standards and overall in line with the company expansion plans.

The ideal candidate will be someone with Production Manager or Factory Manager experience, from a Engineering or Manufacturing background, in a regulated industry.

The Role
*Production Manager
*Overseeing that production targets, H&S and new improvements are being met across the site
*Managing teams involved in production, scheduling, maintenance repair and H&S
*Leading your own projects and improvement plans
*Monday to Friday, Days based shift pattern

The Person
*Production Manager
*Extensive experience working in manufacturing/ production environment
*Background working in a manufacturing e.g. automotive, aerospace, foundry, coatings, metallurgy, oil and gas, processing, energy or similar
*Health and safety and risk assessment procedures
