Your new role
As a Process Engineer, you will lead and enhance heat treatment and high-temperature process operations. You will develop and maintain robust process documentation, investigate and resolve process issues, and ensure thermal processes meet design intent and mechanical property requirements. You will collaborate with Design Engineering and Quality teams, conduct failure analysis, and support new product and process introductions.
What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or similar
3+ years' experience in a process engineering role.
Knowledge of thermal processing techniques and their effect on material structure/properties.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation, planning, and communication skills.
Experience in heat treatment or high-temperature environments is desirable.
Familiarity with thermal processing equipment and materials testing is a plus.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean manufacturing experience is advantageous.What you'll get in return
