A long-established manufacturer specialising in bespoke structures for a range of projects is looking to expand their team. They operate from a large, well-equipped site in Bournemouth and have a steady order book with strong client demand.

CNC Router Role & Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for programming and running a CNC Router to produce precision components from CAD drawings. This role suits someone confident working independently and collaborating with the wider production team to meet quality and delivery targets.

Programming and operating CNC router
Reading and interpreting CAD drawings
Performing pre-use safety checks
Working from drawings
Moving materials using overhead crane
Reporting defects and workflow issues
Keeping work area clean, safe and organised
Assisting with timekeeping, records, and occasional team supportWhat You’ll Need as a CNC Router

At least 4 years’ experience in CNC Router Programming role
Confident reading technical drawings
Experience working with a range of materials like composites & woods
