We’re recruiting for a long-established, fast-growing engineering firm known for its high-quality components and solutions across the UK and global markets. They’re now seeking a talented Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory, build long-lasting client relationships, and drive new business opportunities across the region.

If you love closing deals, growing key accounts, and working with clients in technical industries (engineering, manufacturing, construction), this role offers a rewarding long-term future with strong progression.

Your Role As A Area Sales Manager Will Include:

  • Managing and developing a commercial client base across Kent, London and surrounding areas

  • Identifying new opportunities and converting them into long-term customers

  • Building strong, consultative relationships with engineers, buyers, and decision-makers

    *Delivering consistent revenue growth through strategic account development

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting

    As A Area Sales Manager You Will Have:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in engineering, technical, or manufacturing sectors

  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a field-based, target-driven role

  • Full UK driving licence

    *Commutable to the Dartford area
