Area Sales Manager sought by the windows division of a global, £multibillion polymer manufacturer with c200 locations worldwide, to cover their South East region of England.

You can be based on patch in and around the M25, or in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, London (the role covers the east half of London), plus Essex, Kent, Surrey, West or East Sussex.

As Area Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Selling the company’s window products throughout the South-East region to include Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, east half of London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, West Sussex & East Sussex.
• Working closely mainly with Fabricators associated with PVC-U products

The successful Area Sales Manager should have:
• Knowledge of the construction market within the Southeast region
• A network of contacts in the industry
• Knowledge and experience in the fenestration industry with experience of dealing with Fabricators mainly
• The ability to assimilate knowledge of company windows products and strong commercial acumen are essential
• Ability to demonstrate consistently achieving targets
• Articulate and numerate to a high level
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Drive and determination to succeed

• Excellent salary
• Sales Incentive Programme (results orientated targets - maximum 40% paid quarterly, and individual targets - maximum 10% paid annually)
