The role:
As a Regional Sales Manager Products – Europe, you will help drive our goals by:
Leading regional sales, marketing and commercial activities for Chemical & LST products across Europe
Building and developing strategic customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities
Delivering commercial performance, including ownership of revenue targets in a high-value, complex market
Leading, coaching and developing a regional sales team to drive performance and engagement
Managing forecasting, pricing and budgeting while providing market insight and competitive intelligence
Working closely with R&D and Operations to support product development, scale-up and optimisation
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term customer partnerships
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing revenue and forecasts
Confident communicator, able to present technical and commercial solutions to customers
Degree in sales, marketing, engineering or a related discipline
