Product Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-orientedProduct Developer to take complete ownership of our product lifecycle, from initial concept research to global compliance and dispute resolution.

Core Responsibilities

• New Product Development: Conduct detailed analysis of new product trends, deliver data-backed new product recommendations, lead new product selection, and execute comprehensive market research for all upcoming product lines.
• Customer Experience Product Assurance: Evaluate consumer presentation to provide actionable optimization suggestions for product descriptions and images, ensuring a premium user experience.
• Optimization of Existing Products: Perform systematic market research on existing products. Provide tactical suggestions on reducing courier fees via product structure optimization and product redesign.
• Product Competitiveness: Establish systematic product planning workflows. Direct strategic product selection for order-placing fairs, manage product and supplier selection for trade fairs, and drive targeted hot product creation.
• Product Quality: Lead continuous product quality improvement initiatives and provide precise, technical suggestions for component requirements.
• Product Compliance & Certification : Maintain deep familiarity with local regulations regarding safety compliance, labels, and warning signs, alongside other necessary certifications. Take charge of related information maintenance.
• Operational & Legal Coordination: Oversee daily operational coordination and dispute coordination. Directly manage coordination for patent registration and handle patent dispute coordination when necessary.

Job Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in disciplines directly related to product development (such as Product Design, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Material Technology, etc.).
• Experience: Preferred8–15 years of work experience in product development and design, procurement, quality control, and manufacturing.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in e-commerce enterprises and over 3 years of work experience in large enterprises.
• Knowledge and Skills:Strong market analysis capabilities, and an advanced awareness of product compliance.
• Personal Competencies: Strong self-motivation, excellent team spirit, Eager and adaptable to travel for trade shows, adapt at cross-cultural communication
