A growing, technology-driven engineering company is seeking a Global Director of Marketing &Business Development to lead the commercialisation of a proprietary industrial technology with significant global market potential.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will:
- Develop and execute global marketing and branding strategies.
- Identify new markets, applications, and revenue opportunities.
- Lead business development initiatives and build strategic customer and partner relationships.
- Support product commercialization and new product introductions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to translate complex technologies into compelling customer solutions.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, PPC, website optimisation, and demand generation.
- Represent the business at international trade shows and industry events.
- Be based on-site 5 days per week in Butte.
About You
We're looking for an experienced commercial leader with:
- 10+ years of senior marketing and business development experience.
- A proven track record marketing industrial equipment, engineered products, process technologies, or advanced manufacturing solutions.
- Experience developing new markets and driving commercial growth.
- Strong strategic planning, branding, and product commercialisation expertise.
- The ability to understand complex technical products and clearly communicate their value to customers.
Experience in materials mixing, powder processing, industrial processing equipment, or related technologies would be highly advantageous.
