We are currently seeking three skilled Composite Laminators to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced laminators with a background in aerospace, automotive, or motorsport to secure a long-term, well-paid role.
Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
Prepare moulds for lamination, ensuring surfaces are properly treated and release agents applied.
Lay-up materials (prepregs, film adhesives, core materials) according to instructions.
Hand cut materials to templates, maintaining correct fibre orientation and traceability.
Follow defined lamination processes to achieve required thickness, orientation, and quality standards.
Apply vacuum bags to moulds/patterns and conduct leak checks.
Perform visual inspections to identify defects or imperfections.
Maintain accurate records of lamination activities.
Work closely with the team lead and engineers to resolve challenges and suggest improvements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Skills & Experience:

At least 2 years' experience as a Composite Laminator.
Previous experience working on aerospace, automotive, or motorsport parts.
Strong knowledge of pre-preg composite materials.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team. Benefits:
