Composite Assembly Fitter - Nights
Location: Sheerwater Industrial Estate, near Woking (not MTC)
Shift: Nightshift, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri, 18:00 - 06:00
Pay: £42.07 UMB / up to £35.21 PAYE
Start: DECEMBER 2025 (potentially sooner) until August 2026

About the Role
We are looking for experienced composite trimmers and assemblers to join a high-performance motorsport manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting the build of a 2026 Formula One car. You will work on composite components, performing trimming, assembly, and bonding tasks to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Produce composite parts in full compliance with engineering drawings and instruction sheets.

Inspect and assemble carbon fiber components.

Handle initial assembly of new car parts and service items from races or tests.

Prepare components for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience with composite trimming, assembly, and build.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Strong practical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Basic PC literacy.
