Job Title: CNC Miller Setter Operator

Location: Nuneaton

Shift: (Apply online only) Monday to Friday and (Apply online only) Monday to Friday Rotating Shifts

Salary: Up to £43,312 per annum inclusive of shift allowance

Benefits: Free Car Park, Pension

Company Overview: A leading composite business working across multiple sectors, manufacturing moulds and component parts in composite materials.

The CNC Miller setter role:

The primary function is machining of tooling for composite component manufacture. Working with aluminium steel and other metals for a range of components working on a 3 Axis machine but wanting to train on 5 Axis. Experience with Mazatrol, Heidenhain or Siemens is essential.

Responsibilities:

CNC milling setting and operating
Reading and working from engineering drawings.
Working to tight tolerance and using quality measuring tools to check work.
Working independently whilst maintain standards and project requirements.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining CNC machine and all associated equipment and machining area.
Reporting into CNC Team Leader
Understanding of how to programme would be beneficial. Previous Experience:

Previous experience in a similar CNC Milling role on 3 Axis machine
Experience working with Heidenhain, Mazatrol or Siemens.
Experience in high precision manufacturing environment.
Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment such as verniers and calipers.
Previous experience machining plastics would be advantageous To Apply:
