Mazco Recruitment are proud to be representing a cutting-edge manufacturer at the forefront of advanced tooling and composites. With the UK’s first LFAM tooling process, they specialise in producing precision patterns and moulds for some of the most exciting projects in motorsport, exotic cars, and high-performance industries.

We are looking for a CNC 5-Axis Programmer/Setter to join their growing team.

The Role:



Programming and setting 5-axis CNC machines (Heidenhain controls).

*

Offline programming with SprutCAM (Ency) – experience with Mastercam or similar also considered.

*

Producing precision patterns and moulds to exacting standards.

*

Working closely with engineers and designers to deliver world-class tooling solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Experience programming & setting 5-axis CNC machines (Heidenhain).

*

Knowledge of CAM software – SprutCAM/Ency, Mastercam, or equivalent.

*

Passion for motorsport, exotic cars, and composites.

*

Based in or able to commute to Oxfordshire.

*

Open to both experienced engineers and junior candidates with strong fundamentals who are eager to learn and be trained up.
