We are seeking a time-served Aerospace Assembler to join our growing team and contribute to high-precision assembly work.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

*

✅ Assemble Aerospace and Medical components according to technical drawings, using techniques such as riveting, swaging, bonding, and fitting Lee Plugs, bushes, and wire inserts

*

✅ Inspect work to ensure assemblies meet quality and dimensional specifications before, during, and after build

*

✅ Operate a range of tools including drills, riveters, wrenches, calipers, and other specialized equipment

*

✅ Create, follow, and improve SOPs related to assembly builds

*

✅ Accurately complete traceability documentation (electronically and manually)

*

✅ Manage consumable stock, ensuring correct levels and adherence to expiry dates where applicable

📋 Requirements

*

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in assembly within Aerospace or related industries

*

Experience with complex assemblies and working to tight tolerances

*

Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and specifications

*

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve assembly issues with minimal supervision

*

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

*

Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment with precision

*

Understanding of mechanical principles and ability to work with metals, composites, and plastics

*

Basic mathematical proficiency for measurements, calculations, and conversions

*

Adaptable to changing project requirements and new technologies
