About Us:
We are recruiting for a company located in Hemel Hempstead HP2. The company is the world-class leader in real-time distribution of chemicals, paints, adhesives, sealants, and composites in support of commercial airline MRO operations worldwide.

Job Description:
We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy and dedicated team! Assisting the Warehouse team in all aspects, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping goods. With a good understanding of batch numbers, expiry dates and to pick inventory to a high level of accuracy. Follow all health & safety regulations, standard work instructions and maintain company procedures.

Duties Include:

  • Locate and pick inventory from warehouse.

  • Inspect and verify products prior to despatch.

  • Labelling items

  • Liaise with the Sales and Logistics Teams to resolve any issues.

  • Pack and shrink wrap goods to a high standard.

  • Ensure products are picked and shipped to tight deadlines.

  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and safe.

    Skills and requirements:

  • Understanding of batch numbers, expiry dates and lot traceability.

  • Reliable, with mature attitude.

  • Good general education and numeracy skills.

  • Forklift experience would be an advantage

  • Computer literate – competent with Microsoft Office.

  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

  • Good interpersonal and team skills, with excellent time management and attendance record.

  • Flexible approach and available for both evening and weekend working when required.

  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling on regular basis.

    Successful Candidate will have: Warehouse experience
