We are looking to employ a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator. The role is to plan and enter onto the system all day-to-day transport requirements as well as carrying out all warehousing function requirements. This includes planning, execution, and control of all activities related to the movement of goods from the Liverpool manufacturing site to the customer, and to and from other locations as required. It will also ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products along with aspects of stock management within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Running the UK logistics day-to-day operations and booking requirements with 3PL suppliers.

  • Track & monitor logistics performance.

  • Follow up non-conforming deliveries with the relevant hauliers.

  • Communicate any logistics issues to relevant stakeholder.

  • Ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

  • Loading and unloading of deliveries and shipments.

  • Managing inventory levels.

  • Ensuring high standard of health and safety at all times.

  • Managing time effectively.

  • Ensuring that the warehouse area is kept a clean and safe environment, mitigating any health and safety risks.

    Preferable but not essential:

  • Related qualification in Logistics (desirable)

  • Warehousing qualifications (desirable)

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Bendy Licence
