Job Description:
As a Test Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of the R&D team, playing a key role in evaluating, testing and improving components such as exhaust throttle and exhaust gas recirculation systems. Your work will support the delivery of innovative solutions to clients in the global powertrain market.
Key responsibilities for the Test Engineer include:

  • Designing, setting up, and operating test apparatus (mechanical, electrical, and control-based).
  • Developing test specifications and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Collecting, analysing, and reporting test data with recommendations for improvements.
  • Supporting the development of validation programs for alternate systems and subsystems.
  • Assembling and building prototype components with precision.
  • Performing teardown and failure analysis on tested parts.
    Skills & Experience:
    To succeed as a Test Engineer, you should have:
  • Qualifications or experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation skills.
  • Proven experience in testing, diagnostics, and fault finding.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a collaborative attitude.
