Senior Design Engineer required for a well-established and industry engineering consultancy based in the Oxford area. It is anticipated the successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of composite materials and CATIA software.

Senior Design Engineer Job Overview

Take full ownership of CAD model generation and definition, including surface schemes, solid models, and detailed drawings.
Support aerodynamic /product development through concept creation, design-for-manufacture reviews, and preparation for supplier release.
Collaborate daily with technical specialists across disciplines, ensuring designs meet both performance and manufacturability goals.
Participate in customer-facing meetings, presenting design solutions

Senior Design Engineer Job Requirements

Proficiency in CATIA V5 surfacing (essential).
Strong background in composite design
Working knowledge of GD&T
A proactive, hands-on approach and enthusiasm
Based in a commutable distance of Oxford

Senior Design Engineer Salary & Benefits

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position.
