Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Manager to lead the quality function across manufacturing, supplier quality, and product quality engineering. As the Senior Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest quality standards while driving the Zero Defect Culture within the organization.

You will oversee various key areas, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Product Quality Engineering (PQE), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Advanced Quality Engineering (AQE), Quality Management System (QMS), Supplier Quality (SQ), Outgoing Quality Engineering (OQE), and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (MSE). Your leadership will be critical in ensuring a seamless, high-performance quality system across these areas, impacting the quality of the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement a robust quality strategy aligned with business objectives and Zero Defect Culture (ZDC).

Lead the continuous improvement of quality processes, systems, and methodologies.

*

Establish key quality metrics and initiatives to achieve world-class performance.

*

Oversee IQC, PQE, IPQC, AQE, QMS, SQ, OQE, and MSE functions, ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards.

*

Drive data-driven decision-making using statistical process control (SPC) and lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and problem-solving.

*

Build and develop a high-performing quality team, fostering technical growth and leadership development.

*

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.

*

Collaborate with procurement to enhance supplier quality and develop corrective action plans when needed.

Skills & Experience:

*

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

*

10+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing, preferably in automotive or battery industries.

*

In-depth knowledge of quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.

*

Proven experience leading quality functions like IQC, PQE, IPQC, AQE, QMS, SQ, OQE, and MSE.

*

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

*

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

*

Knowledge of quality certifications and standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001.
