Due to a significant period of growth and the recent expansion of our clients manufacturing facilities, we are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Engineer to join their growing Quality team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking composites business at an exciting time in our clients development. As a key member of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding and improving the quality of their products and processes.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience working within a Quality department in a composites environment
Strong understanding of quality systems, processes, and standards
Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Keen attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvementKey Responsibilities:

Oversee quality control processes across the production cycle
Investigate and resolve quality issues, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented
Support internal and external audits
Maintain and improve quality documentation and systems
