Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, the primary focus will be on achieving project outcomes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This involves applying advanced project management principles and techniques, optimising team contributions, and prioritising health, safety, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from post-tender stage to contract completion, ensuring customer satisfaction within the agreed contractual framework.

  • Plan project goals, maintain relevant documentation, and execute projects to defined specifications and quality.

  • Set project budgets and monitor costs, continually improving all aspects until project closure.

  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.

  • Integrate vendor tasks, track and review vendor deliverables.

  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.

  • Recommend and implement solutions to problems.

  • Operate within HSE regulations as per company policy.

    Skills and Experience Required:

  • Engineering Degree.

  • Over 10 years of experience in a relevant construction/manufacturing industry dealing with multi-million-pound bespoke projects.

    -Ideally work in GCC / UAE

  • Ability to delegate effectively to achieve results.

  • Knowledge of composites and manufacturing processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and policies.

  • Expertise in Risk Management
