Are you a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for process optimisation and innovation? We are seeking a dynamic Process Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers in enhancing manufacturing performance and driving continuous improvement in our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the Process Engineering team, setting clear objectives aligned with business priorities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes.

*

Oversee the qualification of new materials to optimise throughput and reduce waste.

*

Design, scale up, validate, and document manufacturing processes, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.

*

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Materials, Production, and Maintenance to resolve issues and implement robust solutions.

*

Manage capital investment projects for process and equipment upgrades.

*

Evaluate and introduce advanced technologies to increase manufacturing capability and efficiency.

*

Support cost-saving initiatives through process and material optimisation.

*

Prepare technical documentation including SOPs, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

*

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

*

Minimum 7 years’ experience in the composites industry.

*

Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a multicultural environment.

*

Strong technical expertise in modern manufacturing techniques and lean Six Sigma methodologies.

*

Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
