️ Press Operative – Night Shift | Temp to Perm | Chesterfield (S41)

Are you a hands-on individual with an eye for detail and a passion for precision? We’re hiring a Press Operative to join a growing production team in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work in a supportive manufacturing environment.

Location: Chesterfield, S41 Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am Weekly Hours: 40 hours Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Contract Type: Temp to Perm First Aid Training Required

Your Role Will Include:

Assembling frames and door components to specification

Installing hardware such as hinges, locks, and glass

Using hand and power tools to complete builds

Working safely with composite materials

Ensuring all products meet strict quality and dimensional standards

Identifying and correcting defects during production

Following all health and safety procedures while operating machinery and handling materials

What We’re Looking For:

Practical mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred

Comfortable working night shifts and using tools

First Aid trained (essential)

Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
