Must Have’s

  • Proven experience as a Packaging Technologist

  • Strong understanding of packaging components, materials, and manufacturing processes

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a science or technology-based discipline

  • Confident managing packaging through design, development, and implementation stages

  • Skilled in packaging testing and risk assessment

    Nice to have’s

  • Experience within the Health & Beauty sector would be fab!

  • A degree in Product Design/Materials Science/Cosmetic Science would be very advantageous!

  • Experience working with Far Eastern supply base

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for packaging

  • Familiarity with sustainability-focused packaging strategies

  • Comfortable developing or applying new testing protocols

    So what will you be doing?

  • Leading packaging development across multiple projects, balancing creativity, sustainability, cost and quality

  • Working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to bring packaging concepts to life

  • Providing technical expertise from design to mass production

  • Ensuring all components are risk assessed, tested, and regulatory compliant

  • Keeping up with innovations in packaging technology and sustainability

  • Supporting our Packaging Sustainability Strategy

  • Producing key documentation for Product Information Files
