About the Role
STEM Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a global leader in the manufacturing of advanced materials to seek a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, offering exciting solutions to complex issues, and streamline the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to research and development projects, including new materials, product innovations, and process improvements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and explore emerging technologies to enhance product performance.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across Continuous Improvement, Quality, Production, and Process Engineering to solve problems and improve existing processes.
  • Provide laboratory services, including microscopic analysis, material strength testing, and product life evaluation.
  • Continuously refine and apply best practices in materials science, manufacturing, and R&D.
  • Support the company’s commitment to a Safety-First culture and uphold core values and ethical standards in all business activities.
    About You
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as materials science, engineering, chemistry, or manufacturing R&D.
  • Strong technical expertise in product development, materials processing, and lean manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making (Excel proficiency required; experience with SolidWorks is desirable).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and curious mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
