£27,000 - £38,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime

On offer is the opportunity to become a key part of a respected engineering team with a long-standing reputation in the UK performance automotive industry. You'll work on technically exciting projects; ranging from custom carbon fibre induction systems to lightweight exhausts and precision cooling components for clients that include motorsport teams, enthusiasts, and classic car specialists. Your duties will include working closely with our design and fabrication teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes, particularly in composite lamination of carbon fibre parts using autoclave curing techniques. You'll also help improve workflows for CNC-machined and fabricated metal parts, support tooling and jig development, and play a key role in quality assurance, material selection, and continuous improvement across small-batch and custom builds.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer or similar with a background in composites, automotive, or precision engineering; someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and seeing their ideas come to life in real-world applications.
