Are you an experienced Injection Moulding Setter looking to join a high-performing plastics manufacturing team? We're hiring skilled setters for permanent roles in West Drayton, offering excellent pay, consistent shift patterns, and long-term development opportunities.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Set up, adjust, and optimise plastic injection moulding machines
  • Carry out tool changes, first-off inspections, and process adjustments
  • Diagnose and resolve moulding faults (flashing, short shots, burn marks)
  • Maintain quality, safety, and production records
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency

    What We're Looking For

    Experience: Proven track record as an injection moulding setter/operator in a plastics manufacturing environment
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of machine parameters, polymers, tooling, and fault finding
  • Team Player: Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well within a team
