About the Role

As a Graduate Trainee in Metrology, you’ll learn how to use advanced measurement and inspection techniques to ensure the accuracy, performance, and quality of manufactured components.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and technologies such as:

  • Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs)

  • Laser and optical measurement systems

  • 3D scanning and CAD analysis

  • Statistical process control and data interpretation

    Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll play a key role in supporting production, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes across a range of industries — from aerospace and automotive to precision engineering and medical devices.

    What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate (BSc/BEng/MEng) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Physics, Mathematics, Materials Science, or a related discipline

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
