We are helping a specialist injection moulding company working with advanced technical polymers to deliver high-precision components for the medical, consumer electronics, and other demanding sectors. With machines ranging from 50 to 400 tonnes, we pride ourselves on consistent quality, technical excellence, and reliability.

The Role

They are looking for a hands-on Factory Manager with strong technical knowledge of injection moulding and proven leadership skills to oversee production operations. You’ll lead a team of ~20 staff, manage workflow, ensure quality and delivery KPIs are met, and drive operational efficiency across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day factory operations

  • Oversee production scheduling, machine utilisation, and shift planning

  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team

  • Provide technical input on moulding processes, tooling, and polymers

  • Ensure quality standards and delivery KPIs are consistently met

  • Collaborate on supply chain and production planning

  • Maintain compliance with H&S and regulatory standards

  • Report on key performance metrics

  • Strong technical background in injection moulding

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role

  • Deep understanding of tooling, polymers, and moulding processes
