We are seeking an Electronics Process Engineer to join a leading global electronics component manufacture, to perform in-depth electrical and physical analysis on electronics products throughout their life cycle. Working favourable Monday-Friday Days pattern the offer work life balance. This role involves utilizing advanced tools and techniques to diagnose failures, support product development, and enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring continuous improvement in quality, reliability, and performance.

Experience isn't everything… This position is ideal for an inquisitive, detail-oriented engineer with expertise in failure analysis, semiconductor devices, and diagnostic tools. If you have a problem-solving mindset, strong analytically and communicative skills (Spoken and Written) this role is for you. An awareness of physics and material science is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct failure analysis using tools like SEM, EDX, X-ray, and defect localization techniques.
  • Provide detailed technical reports and support problem-solving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across various departments to drive product and process improvements.
  • Manage analysis requests efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols in electrical and chemical laboratories.

    The role comes with a comprehensive package, which consists of a generous salary of £40,000 based on a 37.5hr week, Aviva Pension Scheme, Life assurance x4, Costco Membership, Cycle to Work, Medicash, and more.
