  • Deliver Engaging and Rigorous Curriculum: Utilise your expertise to deliver meticulously structured and challenging lessons that align with the demands of the A-Level DT curriculum, fostering deep understanding of complex design issues, materials science, and advanced manufacturing.

  • Motivate and Support High Achievers: Work with highly academic students, including many aiming for prestigious universities, providing the necessary extension and support to enable them to excel in all aspects of the subject.

  • Collaborate within a Strong Department: Join a supportive and experienced team that shares best practices and works collaboratively to achieve departmental goals, including the successful delivery of a high-quality A-Level DT programme that challenges and excites students.

  • Champion STEM/STEAM Pathways: Inspire students to pursue further studies and careers in design, engineering, architecture, and other creative-technical fields, leveraging Cambridge's world-leading academic and industrial environment.
