Preparing tooling and moulds for production
Laminating composite materials to a high standard
Vacuum bagging parts with precision
Interpreting technical drawings and laminate manuals
Supporting demoulding and other production processes
As Composite Laminator, your experience will include:

Previous laminating experience in Motorsport / F1 or Aerospace
Strong understanding of composite materials and processes
Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately
High attention to detail and quality standards
Confidence working independently and proactively
